Rave Reviews

“Every conversation became an invitation to connect the dots…”

I could talk to Melissa all day! She sees things and is so in-tune and observant. She has a true gift! I’m shutting out certain voices and listening to myself more. As a mom, we are so used to putting everyone first. Melissa has helped me to truly listen to my inner voice. I have great ideas and thoughts. My goals are important. My family benefits when I’m happy and healthy. I had no idea some of the negative language I use thinking of myself. I can now see when self doubt has crept in and I can change it by remembering techniques Melissa has taught me. I have had many aha moments with Melissa!

Mom of three

Over the course of my coaching journey, I have made impressive strides in aligning my family life with my core values of love, structure, and fun. I am cultivating a home environment that reflects my belief in teamwork and shared ownership. My parenting approach is evolving from protective to empowering, reinforcing healthy habits and systems that support my long-term vision. I have successfully created a thoughtful and balanced summer schedule that supports both my daughters’ development and my own work-life balance.

Executive and Mom of two

Melissa has been a steady force during a season when I needed to rethink not just what I do—but how I do it, and why. And I say “professional” loosely, because she doesn’t let you separate the work from the person…..Every conversation became an invitation to connect the dots—between my values, my gifts, my doubts, and the kind of life I actually want to build. I left those conversations feeling lighter. Like I’d finally said something out loud I didn’t know I needed to say. Whether it was about work, family, or (most importantly) myself.

The Subtle Ways Women Abandon Themselves (and How to Come Back)

There isn’t usually a moment where a woman decides, “I’m going to abandon myself.” It happens slowly. Quietly. In the moments you say yes when you mean no. When you brush off what you need because it feels inconvenient. When you stop asking yourself what you...

Returning to Yourself: Women, Identity, Self-Care, and the Courage to Be Authentically You

There comes a moment, sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, when a woman begins to ask herself: Who am I, really? Not who the world has asked her to be. Not who she has learned to be to keep the peace, to be loved, to succeed. But who she is underneath it all. This...

End-of-Year Reflection: Closing 2025 with Clarity, Opening 2026 with Intention

There’s something about the final weeks of the year that naturally invites us to pause. Not to rush toward resolutions or reinvent ourselves overnight, but to gently look back and ask: How did I grow? What mattered most? Where did my energy truly...
