End-of-Year Reflection: Closing 2025 with Clarity, Opening 2026 with Intention

There’s something about the final weeks of the year that naturally invites us to pause. Not to rush toward resolutions or reinvent ourselves overnight, but to gently look back and ask: How did I grow? What mattered most? Where did my energy truly go?

Reflection isn’t about perfection, it’s about awareness. It’s the quiet noticing that helps us understand the choices we’ve made, the values we’ve lived by, and the places where we stretched, stumbled, evolved, or surprised ourselves.

And for me, this year held one of the biggest, bravest stretches of all: I started my coaching business.

Looking Back: A Year of Beginning

Starting Dr. MF Coaching in 2025 was equal parts exhilarating and vulnerable. It meant stepping into something deeply aligned with who I am and what I care about, supporting parents and individuals to live more intentional, values-centered lives. It meant trusting myself, my training, my voice, and my ability to create meaningful impact.

There were moments of clarity, momentum, growth, and connection.
There were also moments of doubt, learning curves, and refining my message again and again.
But more than anything, there was purpose.

I am incredibly proud of what this first year has taught me:

  • I am capable of building something from the ground up.
  • My work matters.
  • People are longing for support, clarity, and alignment—and I have the privilege of guiding them.

What a gift.

Letting Go: Making Space for What’s Next

As the year closes, I’m also recognizing what I’m ready to set down: the early hesitations, the pressure to do it “perfectly,” the comparison, the noise, and the self-doubt that occasionally whispered louder than my confidence.

Letting go creates room for the next version of my business and myself to emerge.

Looking Ahead: The Next Phase of My Impact

2026 feels like a threshold year.

A year of expansion.
A year of deeper service.
A year where my business steps into its next evolution, including; more workshops, more partnerships, more parents supported, more students guided, more individuals living aligned and empowered lives.

My intention for the year ahead is simple and steady: To serve with clarity. To grow with purpose. To support with heart.
And to continue building a coaching practice that uplifts communities, strengthens families, and helps people feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their daily lives.

Setting Intentions for 2026

As you imagine your own year ahead, consider these guiding questions:

  • How do I want to feel day-to-day?
  • Which values do I want guiding my decisions?
  • What relationships, routines, or boundaries will support the version of me I’m becoming?
  • What matters most this year and how can I honor it consistently?

Intentions help us move into a new year with alignment rather than pressure, clarity rather than chaos.

A New Year Rooted in Alignment

2026 isn’t asking us to start over, it’s asking us to start aligned.

Aligned with our values.
Aligned with our energy.
Aligned with the life and work we are consciously creating.

For me, that means showing up wholeheartedly for the parents, families, and communities I serve and continuing to build a practice that reflects my deepest belief: we grow best when we grow with awareness, authenticity, and intention.

Here’s to a year of clarity, connection, service, and meaningful impact for all of us.
